Oversized Packages:
- Packages exceeding 3 feet (0.91 meters) in length or 5 feet (1.52 meters) in combined dimensions may experience delays. Add an extra 10 business days for delivery because special equipments, processes and labor will be needed.
Expedited Shipping Options:

Prime Shipping Program: Prime Shipping now covers the entire continental United States and Australia, with 2–5 business day delivery at no additional cost. Only variants marked “Prime Shipping Available” on the product page when you place the order are eligible. If you don’t see this label after selecting your variant, that item does not qualify for Prime Shipping. Please note: Prime Shipping eligibility only guaranteed to orders placed within 30 minutes of seeing the “Prime Shipping Available” label due to inventory fluctuation.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Other Responsibilities:
- Responsibility: Any customs duties, fees, and taxes incurred are the customer’s responsibility. We declare the value of your order on the package.
- Note: Customs officers may delay delivery. For returns due to refusal to pay duties and taxes, a 40% restocking fee applies. For returns due to refusal to accept the package, a 100% restocking fee applies.
Shipping Protection & Insurance:
- Lost Package: Shipping protection is provided at no extra cost. If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement shipment. Don't worry. The cost is on us!
- Late Arrival: If your package arrives late, you may be eligible for a tiered refund upon delivery confirmation. Should your package not arrive within 28 business days, we will send a replacement within 72 hours at no extra cost. If you prefer to wait instead of receiving a replacement, you can request an automatic refund with just one click through the tracking portal, and the late delivery refund will be issued to your original payment method. - Missing Or Defective Items: We offer 7-day replacement & warranty policy to ensure satisfaction. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any missing or defective items. For details, please check Return & Refund policy.
- Convenience Return Program (Beta): We are testing an easy return program. Instead of returning to the original dispatch warehouse normally, you may be approved to switch to returning to a warehouse close to you. For details, please check Return & Refund policy.
Warehouse Selection:
We operate four warehouses globally to ensure fast and efficient delivery. The warehouse your order ships from will depend on product availability at the time of purchase. In some cases, your order may be split across multiple warehouses to fulfill all items efficiently.
Our system is designed to optimize shipping routes and minimize potential taxes and duties wherever possible. While we cannot guarantee avoidance of import fees, we always strive to choose the shipping origin that is most advantageous for our customers.
Shipping Updates:
We prioritize keeping you informed about your orders every step of the way. You’ll receive email notifications for key updates, including order confirmation, shipment confirmation, last-mile tracking, and delivery confirmation. For time-sensitive or critical updates, we may also send SMS notifications to ensure you stay up-to-date. If you’d like even more frequent updates, we recommend downloading our app and enabling push notifications in your account settings. With push notifications, you’ll receive real-time updates directly on your device, making it easier to track your orders and stay in the loop.
