Let’s kick things off by building four ladder segments! Grab two ① and three ④. Slide each rung into the matching round holes in the rails, then loosely secure with three J-screws per side using the K-hex key. Don’t go full torque—just finger-tighten.
Time to connect the top! Pair up two ladder segments, insert one ⑤ into the ②, snap on ③, then fasten with two T-knobs (H) and two short screws (I). Again, hand-tight only—no brute force.
Repeat Step 2 to attach the second pair of ladder segments below.(Don't tighten the screws too much.)
Flip your half-built structure 180°, then use the ③, screws (I) and knobs (H) to secure the other side. Keep it finger-tight!
Snap the ⑥ into place on the designated slots—instant scaling fun!
Once you’ve got the shape you want, go back and fully tighten every screw and knob for rock-solid safety. Enjoy the adventures!

Align the holes in part ① with part ⑦. Secure with six M7×40 mm Screws A, using the Allen Key G.
Lay part ② flat. Drop in three rock-hold bases ⑧, two ⑨ and two ⑩ into their matching round cutouts. Fasten each with M7×25 mm Screws C and Allen Key G.
Attach two ⑥—one on each side of part ②—lining up their round holes. Lock in place with Screws A and Allen Key G.
Set panel ③ on the floor. Center seven rods ⑦ across its drilled circles. Install screws A at the first four positions—leave the last three open for now.
Repeat the same process with panel ④: lay it flat, align six rods ⑦, and fully tighten screws A.
Stand panels ③ and ④ upright and fold their tops together into a triangle. Put each ⑤ onto both sides so all holes line up. Now install the three remaining rods and secure everything with screws B, bolts D, and knobs E (just follow the markings for each fastener).
Mix, match, stack or angle all your panels any way you like. You’re done!
Great job—your Timber Baby Climber is all set up and ready to go. Now let’s kick off the fun!
