Ready, Set, Play!
Setting up your Hydraulic Resistance Rower is a total breeze—just follow these fuss-free steps.
step 1
Fasten ⑦seat cushion onto the ①slide base with Allen bolt and flat
washer.
step 2
Set the ②left base and ③right base into ①slide rail respectively.Faster
them with carriage bolt, arch washer and nylon nut.
step 3
Fasten ⑧pedal onto ①slide rail with hex bolt and flat w.asher. Connect the ⑨Electronic Screen with sensor wire. Set the ⑨Electronic Screen into the screen frame of ①Slide rail.

Fasten the ④Left Swing Arm onto ②Left Paddle Shaft with Allen bolt, flat washer and nylon nut. Attach ⑤Right Swing Arm to ③Right Paddle Shaft in the same way.

Fasten the ⑥Resistance Adjustment Lever on left side onto the ②Left Paddle Shaft and aluminum clamp with Allen bolt, flat washer and nylon nut. Fasten the ⑥Resistance Adjustment Lever on right side onto the ③Right Paddle Shaft and aluminum clamp with Allen bolt, flat washer and nylon nut.

Loosen the knob; move up and down the aluminum clamp, adjust them
to the suitable places and fasten the knob to adjust thetension of ④ & ⑤.

8. No any disables should use this equipment without the compaany of trainer or supervisor.
9. Please warm-up your body before using this equipment.
10. Always check your equipment thoroughly for worn, damaged paarts and dysfunction before using.
