Add or remove bands to adjust the load, then clip on different attachments to perform squats, deadlifts, biceps curls, lat pulldowns, seated rows, and more. Mix‑And‑Match Kit

This home gym bundle includes eight stackable resistance bands, one long bar, two handles, two connectors, and one rubber door anchor. Carabiner clips on both ends of every band attach to the bar or handles. Run the bands through the door anchor, then connect the handles or bar for most back movements.
